Declaration Against Online Advertising Frauds
為共同防範與打擊網路廣告詐騙行為，博英科技有限公司（以下簡稱本公司）特此對外公告本公司之防詐政策聲明如下：
In order to jointly prevent and combat online advertising frauds, our company hereby publicly issues the following Anti-Fraud Policy Statement:
本公司秉持誠信原則經營數位廣告業務，不協助、不縱容任何客戶從事詐騙行為，並拒絕刊登含有虛假、誤導或涉嫌詐騙之廣告內容。涉及範圍包括但不限於投資詐騙、虛擬貨幣詐騙、求職陷阱、貸款詐騙、醫療不實療效、情感交友詐騙等常見詐欺手法。
We operate our digital advertising business with integrity. We do not assist or tolerate any clients engaging in fraud, and we reject advertisements that are false, misleading, or suspected of fraudulent content. This includes but is not limited to investment scams, cryptocurrency fraud, job scams, loan fraud, false medical claims, and romance scams.
本公司將依法執行廣告主的基本資料審查作業，並針對其委託刊登之廣告內容依相關法令進行必要揭露，以保障消費者與使用者權益。
We conduct due diligence on advertisers in accordance with the law and disclose necessary information about their advertisements to protect the rights of consumers and users.
本公司建有廣告審查機制與內容風險監測流程，一旦發現疑似違法或詐騙廣告，將立即採取以下處理措施：
Our company has implemented ad review and risk-monitoring mechanisms. Upon identifying potentially illegal or fraudulent content, we will take the following actions:
1. Notify the advertiser for correction within a specified time;
2. Suspend the advertisement;
3. Remove the advertisement if necessary;
4. Notify media partners, authorities, or legal institutions as appropriate.
若廣告主違反本政策聲明內容，本公司得依合約或合作規範終止其廣告刊登合作，並保留相關法律追訴權益。
If an advertiser violates this policy, our company reserves the right to terminate the advertising cooperation and pursue legal remedies.
本政策聲明之內容，將隨中華民國（台灣）相關法規及主管機關行政命令修正調整。如有未盡事宜，悉依相關法令辦理。
This policy shall be updated in accordance with the laws and administrative regulations of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Matters not covered herein shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws.
本公司承諾持續優化防詐制度，善盡廣告平台責任，攜手產業與主管機關共同守護健康、安全之數位廣告環境。
